Note: I have visited many Siam temples in Kedah here as well as some in Thailand, you can see them all in forum thread by follow the link here (required login), but previously i take photo using DC, this is the recent visit with photo taken using DSLR camera, which is the reason why i post in this photography blog.

Nothing much to tell about this temple, saw it accidentally after i exit from Wat Seluang. Attracted with its beautiful Ubosot in gold and yellow color, shine under the sun, the view is simply stunning.

This is big Ubosot with 5 windows. The size of Ubosot will tell the population of Siam buddhist in that area, looks like there are many Siamese resident in that area. Saw a young monk sit outside of a main hall, talked to him to find out he is the abbot of this temple, name Phra Chai, didnt made any sacred items, can provide floral bath to buang sui, merits return ritual and etc, didnt want to take photo, instead asked me to take the photo of temple structure. Can speak in hokkien, local people, friendly but quiet. He showed me a LP Thuad kutti is under construction.

Some statue around the main hall, he doesnt allowed me to take photo inside the old main hall, so i just snap the photo outside of it.

Temple area not very big but loaded with all kind of structure and statues. You can see a tall sivali statue and 4 face buddha on the open ground.

Then suddenly i notice a huge sleeping buddha lay inside an old building, door is closed but not locked, i entered to take photo.

A kinda new multi purpose building i guess. Saw few monk and devotees chatting inside.

Some old buildings.

Lersi temple.

There must be a tomb of the former old abbot somewhere, as told by the current abbot Phra Chai, he point to somewhere behind the new LP Thuad kutti, but i cant find it and because of running with time, i continue back on route.
